Reservations are held by payment of the initial deposit and the completion of a short application.
Your reservation will only be confirmed if your application is successful. If unsuccessful, your holding fee will be refunded back to you immediately.
Please note the following terms and conditions for all payments toward your retreat experience:
Due to the nature of the logistical organization for an event of this magnitude, in order to attend, your balance must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you are unable to attend and cancel due to any personal reason up to 90 days prior to the date of the retreat you may be eligible for a 50% refund dependent upon replacement of your spot.
Should you cancel for any personal reason after July 8, 2024 you will forfeit the full amount.
Once your reservation is officially confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
We highly recommend Travel Insurance including “Cancel for Any Reason” add-on to cover yourself should an emergency happen and you cannot attend the retreat.
