2025 Wild Wisdom Retreat – Terms & Conditions
Retreat Dates: October 20, 2025 – October 25, 2025
Location: Mendocino County, Northern California
By registering for the Mia Magik 2025 Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment & Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your spot.
Payment plans are structured to ensure the $1,500 deposit is covered first, followed by the remaining balance in equal monthly installments.
Full payment is due by September 20, 2025 (30 days prior to the retreat).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made before July 19, 2025 (90+ days before the retreat)
Eligible for a partial refund (excluding the $1,500 non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made after July 20, 2025 (90 days prior to the retreat)
No refunds. No exceptions.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant upon approval by Team Magik.
Late or Missed Payments:
If you are on a payment plan, all payments must be completed by September 20, 2025.
If payments are not completed within the agreed timeline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

Liability & Health Waiver
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this retreat and assume full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, or unexpected circumstances.
I release Mia Magik, Team Magik, and all affiliates from any liability associated with my participation.
I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in physical, emotional, and spiritual practices, including but not limited to breathwork, movement, and outdoor activities.
I understand that medical assistance is not readily available on-site and that I must take responsibility for my own well-being.

Code of Conduct & Community Agreement
Zero Tolerance for Disruptive Behavior: We maintain a safe and sacred container. Any harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior (including aggression, discrimination, or substance use) may result in immediate removal without a refund.
Confidentiality & Respect:
I agree to honor and respect the privacy of all participants.
I understand that personal stories and experiences shared within the retreat space are confidential and will not be disclosed outside the retreat.
Full Participation: I understand that this is a deeply immersive experience, and I commit to being fully present (limiting distractions such as phone use).

Media Release & Privacy
Photography & Videography: By attending, I consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional content.
If I wish to remain off-camera, I will inform Team Magik prior to the retreat.
Personal Sharing: I agree not to record or share any personal, sacred, or private moments of other attendees without explicit permission.

Agreement & Signature
By registering for the 2025 Retreat, I confirm that:

-I understand the refund & cancellation policy.
-I acknowledge that this retreat is a sacred commitment, and I am fully responsible for my participation.
